Just a quick notice, from today Mali is availalbe for download in
Osmand, and will be regulary updated.
Are there any other countries that are not present in that app that have
HOT activity. If yes please tell me which ones so they can be put on top
of the list to process.

I want to organize a second meeting, following our brainstorm session a few
weeks ago. We have a pretty good sketch of the issues on the table, and I think
we are ready to move into some actionable steps. Especially, in my view,
documenting clearly and publicly the various roles in HOT,

I would like to see humanitarians using such tools on the ground to report
various POI's. But we would have to convince them how easy it would be to work,
probably offline, add POI's and send this to the OSM database. Do we have an
HowTo for non GIS specialists?
