Various groups are using my OSMCompare Before / After map to show progress of
the mapping. People are reporting today problems using the map.
The Before layer corresponds to an old version of OSM back in 2012. But we
experience some instability for the access to this layer.

meeting will focus on the Nepal activation and the challenges that it

It very much depends where you're looking. It has its niche, there are some
areas on FOSM that are quite active, it uses the OSM tool set but it is
easier to use imported data than OSM as the .odbl license is not so well
understood by other organisations. They also don't have the 6,000 new
mappers
Could validators at least have the curtsy to read the project instructions
before invalidating tiles because not all the buildings have been mapped on
a project that does not require buildings to be mapped.
