I see two ways for JOSM: one somewhat-clickable and without plugins, the
other slightly more powerful.
Clickable:
- in the TM user profile,

- there's an Overpass Turbo link to the user's edits, grouped by projects:

Hi all,
HOT is in the process of re-architecting some of our key services and how
they are hosted, including the Tasking Manager.
In the near-term (within the next week), we will be moving the Tasking
Manager from it's current server to the AWS Cloud. This should alleviate
some of the performance
Excellent!! Will be happy to provide feedback on impact to the user
experience.
