Hi Joost, The Belgian NGO IPIS has done a lot of work on mapping mines & resources linked with conflicts, in DRC in particular. I think they are interested by OSM (Alexandre was at the HOT summit in Brussels) but I'm not sure how much they're using OSM already. If you'd like I'd be happy to
