The syntax you are using for the .tsv seems to me like it is correct.
I've attached a .tsv file that is working as expected for me. It
contains entries for all the imagery sources from the wiki page[1].
If you are viewing areas that are outside the boundaries of the imagery
or are zoomed

Currently there are tooltips in place that are displayed when you hover
the cursor over the button. They give a pretty clear idea on what the
buttons do:
- Lock this task to tell other that you are currently working on it
- Stop working on this task and unlock it. You may resume work on it
again
or javascript? Not everyone is comfortable with
these from a security point of view.
