The difference between unclassified versus residential is a challenge for
many people, including myself.
The language in the unclassified is trying to describe the function of
connecting settlements rather than a road where people live.
What is a settlement? Hamlet or
nganyika, where a lot of settlements only have access by vehicles via the

SOTM Africa in Uganda 2017 some changes had been made to the wiki.
Could some one highlight these.

Looking at the wiki changes it looks like mainly clarifications I tend to
not use tags higher than tertiary as I think they are best left to local
knowledge or someone with more specialised knowledge.
