as I had a quick look at this task, I feel he is not wrong. There are
lots and lots of paths without any connection. I understand that you
didn't see traces on the Bing imagery, but this is not what we need.
First, try to only map paths wich have
Paths, tracks and highways in Nepal are some the the most challenging to
map anywhere I've seen. For that reason I rarely map them or mark tiles
done. In Nepal basically I just map buildings and let the rest of the
mappers sort the highways out and I've done quite a bit of mapping. I

not as visible as roads and vegetation can obscure them in some areas.

I agree with John, a lot of the mapping of roads/paths/waterways in
Nepal is very very difficult both due to the actual terrain and the imagery.
I edited this task square and marked it complete.
When I got to it, it was actually pretty well mapped.

I just want to mention, that I think, this is an important one! How can
you encourage people to go on contributing when you invalidate because
of a few minor mistakes or things that might have been mapped a bit

I generally leave the comment buildings done to avoid other building
mappers picking it up and scanning through. Sometimes when I see a tile
that looks as if all the buildings are done I'll scroll through with JOSM
map any buildings not done then comment it buildings

thanks a lot for reviewing the task and explaining what you did. I think
the workflow for validating tasks is still a mystery to users.
