I might be one of the few who don't mind the espeak voice, festival's either.  My best friend for decades had a voice that was hard to understand.  It wasn't computerized but sounded a bit like it was. Had to translate for him often.  For years I've been parsing text from books and using

How about something on the podcast submit page where you can change the phonetics of your name so that espeak pronounces it the way you like, or maybe you can submit an audio file with you (or someone else) saying your name to your liking. Not trying to cause more work for people, just a thought.

Hey all, This is merely a suggestion, but one that affects me directly. Could we have a phonetic version of the hosts given name available within our host profiles? My given name in HPR is "thelovebug", pronounced "the-love-bug" but espeak pronounces it "theh-luhv-eh-bug"... which
