End users update their data for 5 minutes every two weeks after a big upfront data analysis phase by the client. The tool exists today so there will be some reverse engineering and building net-new. The experience will be all new. *Main duties and responsibilities:* The person will be located at the client site in downtown Chicago. They will work directly with the client on scoping and detailed out for developers and designers how the application needs to function. They will report directly to the Project Manager and will manage the scope matrix, and business spec’s. They will collaborate closely with the PM, Architect and UX lead. They should consider themselves par of the Sapient team and the liaison to our team but in Chicago. They will be able to run around and get answers quickly and help solve problems while the teams work in Boston and India. *Requirements*: Most like the big 5 consulting. Buttoned up. Very sharp on communication verbal/written. The clients are all MBA grads with in depth experience in project management and architecture. Not as much on UX but is looking for Sapient to lead here. They know the pains and signs of bad projects, undocumented information and lack of awareness and drive. This person must be able to write business specs at low level details that QA, Dev’s and UX can understand. They need to be able to facilitate a group of ½ dozen clients on functional topics. Ability create PowerPoint decks to drive decisions and express points of view.
