Program Manager needed in Boston Contract until Jun/2015 with extensions MUST INTERVIEW IN PERSON after Phone This position requires a Senior Project/Program Manager who has significant experience and a successful track record of implementing large scale IT COTS solutions to distributed users across a large organization. The selected candidate will manage the implementation of a large scale automated Recruiting System (HireNow) *Required skills include:* Proven ability to successfully lead large/complex IT projects ($5+ Million) across the entire design, development, testing, training and rollout lifecycle with 10-20 member core teams and up to 50 or more stakeholders. Experience implementing an eRecruiting COTS platform, preferably Oracle Taleo Familiarity with Oracle suite of products Ability to ensuring data migration and integration with other IT applications to support business goals Plan and execute System Testing and UAT for each individual rollout and major implementation Experience managing relationships with large IT vendors Planning and implementation of post-deployment activities including warranty support by software vendor PMO and IT Governance methodology, tools, reports and best practices for large IT projects Experience defining a project governance model and dashboard, status reports, risk mitigation, issue escalation and resolution processes all of which must fit into and be supportive of the broader PMO methodology and governance model. Significant experience and proficiency interacting with business sponsors, stakeholders, users to ensure that business requirements are satisfied and business value is delivered by the project Ability to lead diverse multi-functional teams to successful outcomes Integrating Change Management processes, training and marketing into the program plan Excellent problem solver with the ability to keep many driving factors and requirements in focus Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to understand and be the go to person for the big picture and direction as well as maintaining a good grasp in understanding the detailed requirements and nuances of the solution.
