Has ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem. · Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence. Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing. · Owns and produces customer documentation. Has ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form. · Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports / documentation for delivery. *Summary :* The job position is to supporting technical consultant in either a monitoring service technical deployment or implementation for Business Service Management (BSM) products. This role will be as an expert level consultant to lead the technology, process, and organizational change components of the overall IT Operations Management solution. To be effective in this job, the person must have consultative customer experience with the BSM products and solution implementation, inclusive of integration with third party monitoring and operations monitoring products. And also be responsible for enabling customers on the product listed above and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction while delivering consulting services to our enterprise customers. The person will be a leader on the technical team to implement the solution with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to the customer.
