[htdig] installing as a user..... possible?

Hi all Just a quick question. When running htdig with the -a switch do I have to also run htmerge -a? I ran htdig -a earlier today but didn't use -a when running htmerge, and the database didn't seem to get updated. Would that be why? Thanks Clint Gilders

docs.index, db.wordlist, and db.words.db are the same size it was when I started and I now have these other files with the .work ext.. How do I combine the new data in the work files with the original files? Or.. maybe I'm going at this all wrong. Somebody set me straight please. Thanks Cli
