Yes, `/usr/bin/env python` really doesn't work on a system with both versions of python installed, so the fedora build system refuses to proceed.
The fedora rpm replaces this with `/usr/bin/python3` before the build to force python3 (since the hsi stuff is linked to python3, nothing else makes sense). Hugin should drop support for python2.
