Confirmed. Uninstalling OpenSSH fixes the problem.
Note that I never found the directory containing the offending sh.exe
but was able to confirm that it existed before, and didn't after the
uninstall...

It appears that the new version uses EXR format internally, and
propagates the bug into the TIFF format output as well. My rectangles
appear WHITE though when viewed in Luminance HDR...
Nona runs with the following from the log file:

Also note that the file distorted_preview.JPG is somehow reported, but
isnt part pf the panorama. Not sure what the make file is actually
doing.
