That's the weird thing -- I just changed "Oxford City Hall" to "Oxford City Hall II" to make sure that the title of the project matched the title under which I planned to post it. Whether this caused the program to behave as normal again I don't know -- I do understand that temporal sequence doesn'

What new path name did you choose? No need to apologize, I made a deliberate decision to chime in on your report. We have two of them (the other one is marked as duplicate of this one) exactly the same within a few days. I do not believe in hazard and I do believe you when you report an issue.

Now I've discovered that I'm unable to reproduce the problem, actually. The original project stitches now that I've renamed the path -- even though there were no unusual characters in the original path. None of the other projects I've had problems stitching in the past are still problematic -- mayb

OK, you have two cores and AFAIK those are multi-threaded ones. Four threads. Can you provide one project file that just will not stitch? First just attach the .pto file to this tracker ticket. I'll try to stitch it with generated bogus images. ** Changed in: hugin Status: New => Incomp

Yes -- I'm running a dual-boot Mint/Ubuntu system on an HP Pavilion DV6000 with an Intel Centrino Duo processor (2 cores, each of which tops out at 2 GHz). I should be more specific about what I mean by "sporadically." Some projects just will not stitch -- it's not that trying multiple times with

sporadically you say? are you running Mint on the same hardware that you run Ubuntu? What CPU? specifically, how many cores/threads? maybe I am starting to be paranoid about it, but could this also be related to bug 792896? or otherwise stated, can you get Hugin's fast preview to hang or crash

The file does, in fact, exist at exactly that path. Sorry for the delay in responding. This bug also occurs sporadically under Ubuntu 9.10 and 10.04 on my computer. ** Changed in: hugin Status: Incomplete => New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Hugin Deve

Hi, the error is literally that Hugin can't find the first input photo which it is expecting to find here: /home/patrick/Need Processing/Pictures/Panorama groups/Oxford City Hall/100_6689.JPG Does this file exist with the exact same path? The spaces in the path shouldn't be a problem. -- You
