Does anyone know of any online documentation of the area filtration step
in autopano-sift's keypoint matching algorithm? I've used autopano-sift
(mono version) to generate keypoints for some panorama images I'm
processing. I've found it pretty good, except that it sometimes seems to

An oversight, for so
Hello,
I'm currently using hugin 3364 together with the autopano plugin.
Autostitching works as expected but the "finding control points"
window remains open even when autopano finished successfully. Trying
to close the window results in a "Hugin Error" (Failed to kill process

For testing a current build of hugin can be found on

The file is a self-extracting archive, no installer (see below)!

Dear all,
The heise online newsticker mentions hugin as a powerful panorama
tool, but talks about lots of options and parameters intelligible to

Hugin is going to be distributed on one of the c't DVDs soon.

Hi all,
I have a strange problem with a panorama that I have never had before:
I dropped 9(*) jpg files onto hugin 3315 (WinXP) which came straight out
of a D200. Let autopano generate control points (90). Some images were
not connected because it was shot freehand in a not very ergonomic

Harry,
This new Plug-in mechanism looks really good. I gave it a try but I
am having problems.
First of all an odd but minor thing
I have installed the latest version and when it starts up it mentions:
0.7.0.3364 in the flash screen
but when I look on the Hugin/About Hugin screen it says

If command line length is the problem then you should get a message
stating exactly this. And I believe autopano is given all images' full
path, so moving everything to a directory just below the root can help.

Yea, stitching = enblend. I still can't get nona to work on all 84
images at once, maybe there's a limit to the commandline arguements in
windows or somesuch? I'm going through and doing them in blocks of
