The flicker effect problem on MSW (Win32) is fixed. I found some notes in the net to overload the method OnEraseBackground to reduce the flickering on MSW (Win32) platform. This is implemented in penguin samples project of wxWidgets as well. Updated files included in SVN3706. Please test whether
