When dealing with six pictures to blend meeting around the same spot, I
encountered an issue (see the four rainbow-colored images in the
"Hickups And Fixes" section of [0].
I pinged Christoph and he pinpointed the issue to be likely in the
seam-line vectorization or de-vectorization code. He h

I second Erik.
I had it on a regular basis and it always went away before the final
stitch... At one point I understood that the extreme parameters were the
cause.
Just reset the lens parameters for distortion and for barrel to 0 and it
should go away.

but I drop finding the code in PTmender,because I failed to compile
the PTmender by VS2008 and got the errors below:

it is not possible to discern from the image you posted whether it is a
resulting stitch or a print-screen of another window or what.

I've seen it happen to me too - but I've never seen that the output
(through nona) is wrong.
Have you tried using the normal preview?
