I looked into the lens models in some detail a while back, and they are not the same. Adobe is using r^2, r^4 and r^6 distortion coefficients, plus tangential distortion. This is likely identical to Bouguet's camera calibration, at http://www.vision.caltech.edu/bouguetj/calib_doc/ Hugin uses r, r^2
