Your install problem could be because PTBatcherGui is still loaded (althogh
doing nothing) in the background. I never use PTBatcherGUI, because I
started to use Hugin before PTBatcher GUI was added, and I stick to my old
habits. If you are interested trying the other way, go to Preferences,

Sorry, my post was light.
I'm under WIndows 7, with 64bits.
I used Hugin 2011.4.0. Everything worked and suddenly this problem well

Okay, found the bug. It is fixed in the repository. Should be work in
the next version (probably beta2).
As a workaround: don't use "create pano" in the assistant

No, I made sure not to download the python version.
I created a video of the problem, probably won't help fix the issue but
will explain what I am doing. Unfortunately, it's .10 GB (1,189,510,144
bytes) AVI and I need to convert it to something smaller or free up a
little space on my google drive

You don't need the focal length multiplier. In all tools only the
field of view (FOV) is used.

I received an contract violation stating image sizes were not consistent
from PT Batcher. I've never seen this before and didn't find a relevant
topic in the discussions. Any thoughts on what this is and how to resolve
it?

Hi,
I find it extremely difficult to get information about the exact
calibration model used in Hugin. Yes, I know that a, b, c refer to radial
distortions, d, e are an offset, and g, t refer to shear (and Va, Vb, Vc
have something todo with vignetting). However since I'm trying to convert

Hello,
I have built a new version based on the 2013.0 branch that now has Python
support for 10.6 and with wxPython embedded, which means that the plugin
"Crop Control Points" works.
It is here :
