Oh, I forgot to mention, if you are shooting hand held try not to rotate around you. When you mentioned that did a 180 degrees arc I had the clear impression that you rotated around you. Try to rotate around the device to be closer to the no parallax point. Take a look at this article

Hi Alon, were the pictures shot with the device hand held? If this is the case, then the stitch is very good, cause in those cases the parallax errors can be very big and wont be solved automatically. Shooting using the lens entrance pupil as the axis for rotation is crucial for success in stitchi
