But I don't understand why. :-(
Could you explain, or point me at some docs that would help me understand?
To do the perspective correction the optimizer have to be to move/rotate the
whole panorama in the rectilinear output projection plane. But with a fixed
anchor image this is not possible - the pano is fixed.
Argh! What you say is clearly correct, and quite obvious (once pointed out...).
I hadn't noticed that I'd FIXED one of the images, thus dooming hugin to
failure.
