Working in an hydraulic lab, I've been using align_image_stack for a
project aiming at measuring rivers discharge from images.
Align_image_stack give me great results, now I would like to understand how
it works.

I just changed it. There is something entirely wrong with sourceforge's
publishing mechanism.
I already made more changes and only yesterday I found out that you have to
update both the default branch of hugin-web as well as the htdocs branch of
hugin-web.

Running Hugin-2013.0.0 under Gentoo (built 29th October 2013 from source)
and since this update I've been unable to create panoramas.
Control points are created, but in the preview only one picture is shown,
