[hugin-ptx] Two enfuse questions

Greetings, I am seeing random colored dots in the very darkest parts of some enfaced photos. I am using enfuse 4.1.2 obtained via macports on my Mac running Mavericks, and am fusing 16 bit linear images using l-star. Any suggestions? Also, I often use 32 bit images these days, and am wondering
