Hello :) I cannot handle one issue with strange haze(extra low contrast) on left side of the photo. To stitch it I used around 40-50 photos and it does not matter if I use tiff or jpeg ,small/high resolution source photos. What can be wrong with this becaus on the preview there is no such?

Hi everybody, I want to use Hugin to stich pictures that I took with a microscope, but I have to be sure that the resolution/format of my picture will be conserved after stitching and not adapted. And for the moment I have the impression that it is not the case. Is their a way? Thank for your
