libpano13 is the PanoTools library for panoramic imaging. A libpano13-2.9.18 tarball has been uploaded to sourceforge, this final release is identical to release candidate two (2.9.18_rc2):

Note that the soname is unchanged since this release should be binary compatible with 2.9.17, however if you want to use the Thoby projection in Hugin 2011.0.0 then you need 2.9.18.
