hwloc v1.6 won't be ready soon so I am planning to release a 1.5.1 to
flush all pending bug fixes. We still have two freebsd issues to figure
out (Sebastian Kuzminsky's wrong topo on dual E5, and a
segfault/regression spotted by our local testing infrastructure), but I
