I have done the HKSCS-2001 patchs for glibc, XFree86 and qt-2.3.x. But I
have no enough time to test them. And the most important, I have no ttf
font that comforms to HKSCS-2001 :-(
The patchs are very big, where can I put it?

I want to set up my system to totally use UTF-8. I have set LC_CTYPE and
LC_COLLATE to ru_RU.UTF-8. Then when I start the X server, it warns as
