各位， 由于 GNOME 胡言乱语上面有些东西卡着，我就发了个邮件到 gnome-i18n 讲这件 事。本来是以为 Bugzilla 有一劳永逸的技术解决方案的，结果似乎自动解锁什么 的会干扰一些队伍用 preserve 固定 assign 人的情况，还是得写信求换人。
