We dont have funds for that, at least not for two. Remember we will be
traveling air to Lagos, stay in Lagos for at least one day.
Pay for visa and visa processing, the scratch team can only fund one person
for that purpose. So that why we did that proposal.

No matter the rules, Ibiam will need a visa in his passport before the
air tickets can be purchased. So my advice remains, get the visas as
soon as you can. If you can get them by mid-June, you will have a month
to purchase the tickets and make other travel arrangements.
