Hello, I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W520 4276-39U and am unable to control LCD brightness. The laptop is running Linux Mint 13 Maya, the distro-stock 3.2.0-23 kernel, the acpi_backlight=vendor boot parameter and, what appears to be, a fully patched thinkpad_acpi.ko.  Not sure if it's relevant
