I believe we start using this in CICS TS 1.3 but not 100% sure. (CICS TS 2.2 for sure) Of course CICS TS 3.1 provide support for XPLINK and it works fine but keep in mind it's running as BATCH-LE. Don't mix DLL and XPLINK even using C or C++. AFAIR we run OS/390 R8 or perhaps R6 at this time.
