I have a batch program (A) that is re-entrant. However, statically linked
to it is a program (B) that is not re-entrant.
I thought that in this situation, the entire load module would be marked
non-reentrant by the linkage editor and treated as such during
execution; e.g., a new copy would be

I use a Casio FX-115MS. I don't even know if it is still available and
it is not particularly intuitive but it works.
I've had it for many years and have never had to replace the battery -
it does have a small solar panel on it.

Thanks for the quick response and the suggestion.
The program I'm trying to do this with is over 64K in size and all one
csect which was the motivation for basing each variable on the prior
section name.
