it was a bug in an early version of 7.19. I code a bypass and upload this to
cbttape.org. So any newer download will not seen the S0C4. The next version
will provide a permanent fix.

SHOWzOS 7.19 and z/OS R11 hits a limit in macro STRING64. I fixed this but
not deliver this so far because of new functions which require more testing. If
somebody gets a S0C4 at offset DD8 please contact me and I'll provide a fix
for this.

RENT programs since a long time before z/OS does this for NON APF programs.

R9. I don't see them on my system so I can't set a SLIP to capture more data.
