but when we REALLY need FDR, the z/OS system is down. Which is why we provide a CD with all the doc in Bookmanager and PDF format, plus the Bookmanager software and some Adobe Reader software to install. Plus, customers with an access code (provided free) can access the PDFs of the manuals
