Yep. Up until January we had a 7060 and couldn't install anything past
1.5. Now that we have one of those Baby Computers we're planning the
1.8 upgrade.

I echo Eric's comments. Out of service just means you cannot open requests
for fixes that have not been already fixed. Any fix that has been
identified - IBM can help you find. However, if it is a new issue, then you
either pay big bucks for the fix or upgrade or "just don't do that".
