One of the pains to many lists is the arrival of eMails with strange "=" and "=20" and "=3D" and so on and on. One may read around them with a little mental effort, but when a message involves REXX or CLIST or assembler code, cleaning it up to work gets to be a pain. So: 1) just for curiosity
