If you have SAS and more money, get Dr. Merrill's MXG. Excellent Dr. Merrill is very smart and helpful. There are many report writers out there like SAS ,, easytrev and there is probably some newish products that do the same thing(not free mind you ). All you need to do is to be able to take an SMF manual and have some basic ideas on when and why SMF records are written and you should be able to
