Yes. SAS Institute has SAS ITRM suite solution/approach. IBM has zTDS

This is very interesting to know Chargeback Systems are alive and well down
under. But looking at the website, I notice a number of things which make me
nervous.
1. Copyright on the web page is 2002
2. Supported
certainly aren't free.
Shouldn't the title of this thread be Enterprise Charge Back Software or
Enterprise-Integrated Mainframe Charge Back Software?
