Resource Link Alerts
There is a way for customers to subscribe to these alerts via Resource
Link.
In order to subscribe, log onto Resource Link and select the option
"Fixes". On the Fixes panel, you will see a section called "

You might also want to go to the 'problem solving' page (via link just
under the 'fixes' link along the left side of the window). If you look at
the alert types listed, there is one listed on the 'problem solving' page
that isn't listed on the 'fixes' page (at least it's that way under my
ID).
