No, those DCB parameters are not supported. I don't have immediate access to the open processing at the moment, so I can't say how the error condition would currently be handled. I believe that the code that opens SYSMDUMP uses a DCB with RECFM=FBS,LRECL=4160 supplied. The DCB wins when logical
