The restriction is not quite that broad: One cannot legally do COBOL
*development* on z.OS.e, but one *CAN* legally run pre-compiled COBOL
programs that mee

I have installed *-REGULAR-* z/os 1.4 f
I have installed *-REGULAR-* z/os 1.4 from a serverpak into about 10
lpars on two different z890 boxes.
Now i've been directed to install z/os.e into another lpar. i have
