I've used cross-hair cursor for as long as I've had Vista. The value of CH is
not in locating the cursor. It's maximizing the value of 3270 for fixed-point
character placement. If you want to free-form edit data, say, 'in a column' or
'on a line', nothing is more helpful than cross-hair. Follow
