Probably a useful test stub too if you have a few function codes added.

CA doesn't exist anymore, it's Broadcom.
I know guys at Broadcom who have been there (via CA) for years. I would

Years ago I established regular meetings with their support management and

Nothing real magical about it. First requirement is to make sure that all the
required co-existence maintenance is applied and ACTIVE on all members of the

Use the z/OS workflow for migration.
See the z/OS 2.4 documentation for ZOS/MF. It will point you to a GITHUB
repository that the workflow can be downloaded from.
IBM has in the past published "Migration" manuals. As of z/OS 2.4, the
"Migration" manuals will no longer be published.

I cannot remember for sure, as it has been a long time, but we used to run
Innovation FDRABR before we converted to HSM. It seems like that product
might have written recall messages to the joblog.

Can he/she prove it? Do you have any sample of such messages?

I'm asking this from the point of view of an architect who wants to add
DFHSM-ish integration to a ISV product.
If I were only worried about DFHSM, my requirements for basic integration
are pretty simple, and would be these:
- VOL=SER=MIGRAT means migrated data set
- ARCHMIG, ARCHRCAL, ARCHDEL

Congratulations, you win! LOL

limit users to cancelling jobs but only from within SDSF. This works in
combination with JESSPOOL profiles, and a user requires ALTER access to the
