I used this command from OMVS
iconv -f IBM-420 -t IBM-1047 file.txt>file.txt.converted
I see the converted file is empty, Should I have file.txt populated with
ARABIC codes in it ?

STP is more accurate than NTP for coordinating the clocks in your data center,
but it doesn't eliminate the need to compensate for drift. You still need to
periodically use an official time source via NTP.
