Can someone give me a clue as to what IEAVPSE is telling me when it returns
rc=0 and updated_pause_element_token as zeros ? A subsequent attempt at using
that token results in rc=4.

Can someone give me more detail on the cause of this ? Specifically, I want to
know whether the cause is a bad call to SDUMP. The manual says:
Meaning: An SVC dump was suppressed because a terminating error occurred in SVC
dump before the first dump record was written.
Action: Reissue SDUMP.
Can someone explain to me the apparent contradiction in the following two
