Lizette, This has nothing to do with RACF or SAF errors. The issue has to do
with mismatch of VVDS/VVR & Catalog entry.
The original post had output from DIAGNOSE & EXAMINE Commands. Please review
the original post again and any other suggestions would be welcomed.
