Expanding eCSA

Hello All, The problem I have is that a few IMS reorg jobs which place a high demand on eCSA often fail due to insufficient eCSA. The current eCSA allocation is 1030M. I would like to try bumping it up to 1130M or even 1230M. My question is how can I determine who would be impacted? Who requires
