yes, those are all WLM managed initiators. i have changed them from
mode=wlm to jes but it didn't work :(.

Did your JES2 happen to become set into independent mode? A $DMEMB will display
IND=YES or IND=NO. Also, did your jobs become submitted with SYSAFF=(IND)? A

RDT systems being based on ADCD distributions I suggest to discard all current
JES definitions on that RDT system and cold start with a jes2parm similar to
this (you'll need to adjust data set names and volumes):
