I'm looking for any documentation or presentation explaining "secrets"
of MCS partitions.
To explain: few years ago new LPAR was introduced. The name is MCS_1 and
the purpose is to allow dynamic hardware configuration definition
updates on standalone CF machine. This LPAR is explicitly defined in
HCD, but I have no clue about HMC profiles. For sure it steals memory
from HSA reserved memory and the code is loaded similarly to CFCC.
However I noticed there are other "MCS-like" LPARs. Examples are PCIe
and DPM.
Any clue???
